She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Saint Mary College where she graduated with honors and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from American National University where she, also, graduated with honors. Her skills include adeptly navigating the management of client deadlines, communication among parties, witness scheduling and document filings. With a robust background in the medical field and customer interactions, Janel has been instrumental in streamlining our firm’s paralegal operations.
